Restoration and remodelling of a Category A listed Georgian villa. The building has been significantly altered and extended over the past 200 years. Work involved the repositioning and reorganisation of the main stairs to regain spatial clarity and bring much needed daylight into the centre of the house. The new 4 storey stair was constructed in limestone using traditional pen-checked detailing. Rationalisation of the rear service accommodation, kitchen and dining areas brought the property up to standards befitting modern family life.
